Overview

Impactful powerd by LRMG excited to offer a learning opportunity for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our client’s team as Interns in Digital Service, HR, Information Technology and Finance. This learning opportunity provides hands-on experience and equips you with valuable skills, preparing you for a successful career in the workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Service: Support digital document management, workflow automation and digital service delivery activities.
  • Human Resource Management: Assist with recruitment administration, employee record management and HR operational processes.
  • Finance: Process financial transactions, maintain financial records, support reporting and reconciliation activities.
  • Information Technology: Provide first-line IT support, troubleshoot technical issues, assist with hardware and software maintenance.
  • Perform general administrative duties, manage business documentation and support office coordination and reporting.

Requirements

  • Must be a South African citizen residing in Johannesburg
  • Between the ages of 18 and 28
  • Grade 12/Matric Certificate
  • Must have completed a 3-year National Diploma/Degree in:
    • Digital Services (Related qualification)
    • Human Resource Management
    • Financial Management
    • Information Technology
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Eagerness to learn and develop in a business environment
  • Currently unemployed and available for the full duration of the learnership
  • Suitable candidates must not have completed any prior Learnership or a Business Analysis qualification
